Registration Forms

All contestants will complete the application form for their age category, a social media release form, photo release form, and medical release form.
Sign ups begin on September 13th, 2026 (Kick Off Meeting - see events for details)
Rehearsals will be every Sunday starting September 27th until pageant day on November 14th, 2026. Littles and Jr. Teen Rehearsals will begin October 11th, 2026
Registration ends on October 4th, 2026 for Miss, Mr. and Teen Contestants and October 11th, 2026 for Littles and Jr. Teen Contestants.
