Registration Forms

All contestants will complete the application form for their age category, a social media release form, photo release form, and medical release form.

Sign ups begin on September 7th, 2025 (Kick Off Meeting - see events for details)

Rehearsals will be every Sunday starting September 14th until

Pageant day on November 1st, 2025. Registration ends on September 21st 2025.
